We are making a few changes to the Strength program as we move into the fall and winter months. The program will be an hour long and only consist of strength training. There will be no conditioning wods at the ends of these classes.
The strength program will be targeted towards building your strength in addition to your normal CrossFit programming. Previously the program included conditioning wods at the end of the classes but these will no longer be included. If you are interested in participating and have any questions please feel free to talk with Billy, Caitlin, or myself in regards to mixing the strength programing and your wods.
An example of the strength classes for a week.
Monday: 7:30pm class
Olympic lift
Strength movement (press,bench,squat, or deadlift)
Wednesday: 7:30pm
2 Strength movements (press,bench,squat, or deadlift)
Friday: 6:30pm
Olympic lift
Strength movement (press,bench,squat, or deadlift)
