CrossFit Carmel is starting a Strength and Conditioning program on March 14th, 2011.
The program will begin on March 14th and will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights from 7:30 – 8:30pm.
I have included a link to a PDF that has more information about the program but I will cover some basics now.
The program requires a 90 day commitment on your part to attend 3 times a week. If you are unable to make one of the days during the week you will need to let your coach know in advance. You do not have to be an advanced lifter to participate in this program you just need the desire to grow stronger.
The class space is limited and will fill up soon. There are 12 slots available for this class and will be coached by Billy and myself. The program will be tailored to beginner and advanced lifters and this will be your opportunity to gain experience in the Olympic lifts and to grow as a CrossFit athlete.
