Hey everyone, we are going to have a Spartan 300 WOD Challenge on September 18th and want to invite everyone to participate!
We have been working towards this challenge over the last couple of weeks and will continue to become familiar with all the movements in the workout. You will see them pop up in wods over the next month so pay attention and try and guage which one you might want to work on!
The contest will be in the morning of September 18th with two workout times available so if you can’t make one you can make the second.
There is an buy in of 20.00 of which 10.00 goes for a community meal afterwards and 10.00 is for prize money. There will be different categories for prizes so everyone has a chance to win! There will also be a prize category if you have to modify the workout so sign up and have some fun!
This is a community event so success relies upon your participation. There is a sign up sheet on the whiteboard for you so let’s have some fun and spend some time together in this challenge. Everyone is invited!

Can I put my money on Matt winning this with 5:1 odds?
If I do recall correctly, while Matt put up an impressive time, Jason really schooled us all on this one when we did an abbreviated version. The great thing is that there’s plenty of categories to win so everyone should have a shot.
