Run & Endurance 9-14-10

Wod: 5 x 600 with alternating rest
we are doing repeats of the “small block” tonight which is about 600m. Short rest on odd intervals, long rest on evens.

BTW – Chris Mason has working out at CFC since the beginning but noticeably absent the last few months due to training for the Ironman triathlon. He raced on Sunday and completed in 13:00:20 (that’s hours folks). He had a great swim leg, smoked the 112 miles of hills on the bike and battled through a tough marathon. Make sure to congratulate him next time he’s in the gym – we expect to see a lot more of him this fall/winter!
