Run & Endurance 8/19/10

Endurance wod:

1. Warm-up and active stretching

2.10 rounds, 10 seconds on, 5 seconds off sprint work.

3.  4 x 800.  2 min rest in between.  Maximum efforts on each. Try and hold same pace throughout.

4. Cool down

    Well my goal yesterday was just to participate and finish… I wasn’t a very happy runner… And I’m not feeling like my times were that good. It was a hot one… But I see we have another 1 mile run tonight…

    I think I set the standard to high in my last 1 mile run we did for time back on July 28. I did a 6:30 mile. If I could be faster tonight I’d be amazed…
