Run & Endurance 8-24-10

Tonight will be a time trial (TT) of sorts, as I want you to practice pacing through a race effort. We will begin with some POSE drills and 100m buildups, then move to TT. We will be doing this on the monon, the goal will be to pace yourself consistently so that you can turn around at halfway time and make it back to start by the time limit. If you make it back sooner, keep running and we will add that distance to your total. I will have some target distances and spots to aim for based on your expected pace.

WOD: 15 minute TT
cover as much ground as possible in 15 minutes.

Also, let us know if you are interested in meeting at the gym for a group run on Saturday mornings. As we get closer to the fall race season, there may be more interest for doing a longer tempo run and others may be up for joining. Meeting at the gym would allow people to do the hopper wod after the run.
