Hey everyone! Our Paleo Challenge is coming to a finish this weekend so we need to get our baselines done and your “before and after” pictures in so we can select a winner.
This Friday February 25 and Saturday February 26th we will be doing the Fight Gone Bad wod for a baseline. Whether or not you participated in the Paleo Challenge it will be a good opportunity for you to see how much progress you have made over the last 8 weeks. I am excited to see how everyone is progressing and the Fight Gone Bad workout is always a blast!
All classes on Friday will be doing the FGB wod so you can attend any of those classes to get a baseline and the Saturday Hopper workouts will also be the FGB baseline. The 10:00am named workout will still be a named workout and will NOT be the FGB baseline. So if you are in the mood for a different workout and already completed your FGB baseline make sure and sign up early!

Lin, do you need any help/counters? I’ve got some free time on my hands…
Hello everyone. It’s been way too long.
WOD for me today was
5 rounds
25 45# thrusters
5 balls to bar pull ups
15 2 pd Kettle bell swings
16:45
Hope to get in to see you guys soon
Few Questions:
Are we suppose to bring the before/after pictures with us, or can we email them, if so to who?
Is photo shopping an automatic disqualification? (just kidding)
I can’t handle the suspense of all of this! (that I’m not kidding about)
See you guys at 5:30 on Friday!
did not do the challenge can I still do FGB ? will be first time
Rick – yes you can do the wod for today!
Jen C – you can email the photos to us. I would be interested to see how good you are a photoshop!
Jen J – Yes we could use counters for the wods! Come anytime you want and we will gladly accept your help…:-)
I can’t wait for FGB and can honestly say I will continue on the paleo lifestyle. I truly can feel a difference in how I feel and all my clothes. I can honestly say I did not cheat one time on the paleo, Matt can vouch for me! However, Saturday night I am going to have a celebration cocktail! Yahoooo!
Excellent! I am excited to see your baseline and your results!
I would imagine there will be quite a few celebrations this weekend…:-)
