The Open House was great this weekend! Even though the weather was tough we still managed to meet a lot of new people and introduced them to CrossFit for their first workout. Everyone did pretty well and for almost everyone it was the first time to be exposed to most of the exercises. By scaling the WOD to each person we were able to keep the times pretty standard and everyone was able to complete the workout! Below is the CrossFit WOD we trained with on Saturday and the times of everyone.
