We are very proud of Caitlin Gray, one of our trainers, for making it to the CrossFit Regionals! Her first WOD is at 11:45 today! Several of us will be there to cheer her on in Columbus Ohio! I’ll try to get pics and updates of the weekends events and post to the CrossFit Carmel FB page! Yeah Caitlin!!!
