If you have made it to this page then you are already on your way to starting CrossFit. First things first – you need to give CrossFit a try and see if it is for you. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is geared towards general fitness. While the program itself is used by many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide it is not relegated to just those elite units.

CrossFit is for the everyday individual who is seeks to move away from the atmosphere of the huge globo gyms and become part of a different type of community. One where we all workout together, laugh together, and cheer each to success. If that is what you are looking for then read on…

The first thing we do at CrossFit Carmel is invite you in for a CrossFit Basics class. You will get to experience a CrossFit workout that we call the “baseline” which will give you an idea of what CrossFit is about and also give you an opportunity to meet your CrossFit Carmel Coach. You will also get a good idea of your current fitness level!

This will also help us to serve you better by learning your goals, your expectations, and your experiences. We will also help you to understand more in depth what the CrossFit Carmel community is about and how we can help you become part of our close knit group of friends. After your CrossFit Basics class you can choose to continue on with your CrossFit experience by signing up for the CrossFit Basics class or discuss other options with Brenda.
