It’s time for another Paleo Challenge! What a great way to start off the new year and get yourself started towards optimal health and performance! Our last Paleo Challenge was a huge success and we are looking forward to this one being the same.
We will be equipping you for this Paleo Challenge a little differently this year. CrossFit Carmel will be providing a free Paleo Workshop on January 8th at 1:00pm. Jennifer Jones will be providing a lecture including handouts. Jeniffer is a registered dietitian with experience in nutritional planning and dietary consulting. I am really excited about the workshop and we will be sending out information on how to register in the near future.
Paleo Workshop costs: workshop is free to current CrossFit Carmel members and there is a 5.00 fee for non-members.
When: Jan 9th – Feb 26th
Where: CrossFit Carmel
How: The most recent Fight Gone Bad score will be your baseline for this challenge. If you have not yet done a Fight Gone Bad workout for a baseline then you will have the opportunity on Jan 8th and Jan 9th. You will need to take a before and after photo of yourself for the challenge to be entered to win.
Costs: 5.00 buy in. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the challenge.

I am confused…is the challenge FGB performance or weight loss/ change in body composition or some combination of each?
The challenge is indeed how much your body comp has visibly change but not how much weight you have loss as well as how much you improve your FGB score.
Am I correct in thinking that we take our own before pictures or do you guys have to take them?
