We are happy to announce that we are adding classes to our schedule to provide more and different opportunities for you to workout!
The changes will be taking affect on March 14th 2011. We are adding a 4:30pm – 5:30pm Mon – Thursday all levels class and the 5:30pm – 6:30 class will become and all levels class to better accommodate our athletes.
We are also adding a class for Olympic Lifting Strength and Conditioning. This class will also start on March 14th, 2011 and will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights from 7:30 – 8:30pm. This class will be for athletes who have signed up specifically for this program.
