CFE WOD: Tuesday 7, June 2011

Hills today!

We will be taking two field trips this week. Today we will be heading back to Cool Creek for some hill sprints (same format as last time) and Thursday we will be going to Northview Church for a 5k time trial, so plan accordingly.

As always, I will meet people at the gym and leave around 6:35 so you can either meet there or at the park.

WOD: 10x100m Hill Sprints (90 seconds rest)

This will be identical to the last hill workout we did. You will all start the intervals at the same time, and once everyone has made it to the top, the 90 second rest period will begin.
