Not sure what DU is and haven’t done KB yet. However, I can’t make it on Tuesdays until cheer season is over (Nov). I have carpool duty Tuesday during the 630 class, bummer.
Sorry you can’t be there, Janey! This is a fun workout that we have done every month since May. Double unders are with a jump rope…you have to get two rotations of the rope per jump. If will demonstrate on Thursday if you can make it!
