Hard to believe it has been another month! That means 2 things – 1) Mile time trials will be coming soon & 2) It’s time for the July version of our Cinco De “Month” workout. For those that have been here for the May or June version, you should have a good idea of what to expect.
Tonight we will go back to squats, mainly because when I mentioned burpees, much grumbling and ridicule was received.
