CFE WOD: Tuesday 31, May 2011

I know I promised some of you hill repeats today, but I want to find a longer hill to make things exciting.

So instead, today we are going to do some shorter distance intervals. 200m is a great distance because it’s short enough that you can almost sprint the entire way, but it’s also just long enough to make you pace yourself. That being said, these efforts should be at about 85-90%.

WOD: 10x200m (2 min rest)
