CFE WOD: Tuesday 3, May 2011

Let’s really make sure to warm up and get stretched out because tonight’s endurance WOD is going to a bit different.

We will sill be doing the 25 minute time trial as planned (see how far you can go in 25 minutes), but there is going to be a little catch.

You will be running the 800m loop and for each loop that you complete, you will alternate between 10 burpees or 10 double unders.  So, if after you complete lap 1 you choose to do 10 double unders, you will need to do 10 burpees after lap two and so on. Time continues during the burpees and jump ropes, and you are going for total number of laps completed. Also, if you are in the middle of a lap when we get to twenty five minutes, complete the full lap and you will get credit for that round.

This is going to keep your heart rate high so use the time running to focus on your breathing and try to recover as best you can!
