It’s going to be another hot one tonight. Make sure you are hydrating all day, not just right before class!
We will be doing a new distance for most of you tonight. 1200m is just long enough that you can’t sprint, and not short enough for you to have to really focus on pacing, so it may not feel very “comfortable.” That’s the goal, so come give it a try.
WOD: 3x1200m intervals (4 minute rest)
Probably going to do this one at the gym tonight, just to be close to some water but if everyone would like, I am ok heading to the track too.
