We had some great mile TT’s last week and saw some incredible improvements in just 5 weeks! We had 3 guys break the 6 minute mark and Sarah is only seconds away from breaking into the 6′s. Great job everyone!
Tonight’s workout will start out very casual and may not seem too challenging, but by the end you should be pretty worn out.
WOD: Death by 10 meters
1st Minute – 10 meters
2nd Minute – 20 meters
3rd Minute – 30 meters
Continue until you cannot complete the required distance in the allotted time.
Make sure you take it easy on the first few and utilize the rest as much as possible. It will seem very conversational from the start, but once we get to rounds 10+, I don’t imagine anyone will be wanting to talk anymore.
