Hill work today! However, we are going to stick around CFC tonight instead of going to the park. There is a nice little hill just south on the Monon so we will be doing some longer intervals with that.

Make sure you have plenty of water tonight and may I also recommend not doing 5:30 and then CFE at 6:30 back to back? Not saying you can’t but you won’t get as much benefit if you do.
