Mile time trial is coming up on Thursday! This will be our second to last one before CFE ends for the season, so come out and see how much you have improved.
Tonight will be a spin on the Death By…. workouts that we do in the gym. Historically, when we have done this, we’ve used 10 meters, but I think that’s a bit short, so we will be doing 20m instead.
WOD: Death by 20 meters
(i.e. minute 1 – (1)20 meter sprint, minute 2 -(2) 20 meter sprints, minute 3 – (3)20 meter sprints, etc.)
