Since our last workout was short, fast sprints with limited recovery, we will head to the opposite end of the spectrum today.
Make sure to take 5-10 minutes to warm up and stretch, and then we will get started.
WOD: 5x800m Repeats (Rest 1:1)
Similar to our other workouts so far, the goal here is to find the right pace and stick with it. For the 800m distance, your times shouldn’t vary by more than 10-15 secs on a given interval.

Keep an eye on the weather today. We will still run if it’s raining but not if there’s lots of lightning.
dodging lightning bolts can only make us faster…
Chris, what time is the class – is it tuesdays and thursdays at 6:30pm?
Alex – you got it. Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 6:30. How was the triathlon?
I finished but as expected run was the problem. Planning on doing eagle creek so I need to work the endurance. I told a buddy my transitions were so slow, someone would think I was sending out a few facebook updates and tweets in the time i took. I learned alot and enjoyed it tremendously! See you at 6:30!
FUN CFE tonight! Can’t wait for the 5k on Thursday!
It was fun! Thanks for all of the cheering at the end
You deserved it! Great work!
