CFE WOD: Tuesday 18, September 2012

May be a little brisk outside tonight so dress accordingly!  We’re going to do some longer hill repeats on the Monon so try to be on time and we will walk to the starting spot together. 

Warm up:  2 rounds of – 200m run, 15 walking lunge then Spiderman complex and pigeon pose.

WOD:  8 x Hill Repeats (walking recovery)
