CFE WOD: Tuesday 18, October 2011

Bring your long sleeves and pants tonight, it’s gonna be chilly!

WOD: 25 minute Fartlek
(Hard run for 1 minute / jogging recovery for 2 minutes)

We will do this run from the gym and will likely head out on the monon (probably won’t be much traffic). I will explain tonight how we will keep everyone close for all these rounds.
