CFE WOD: Tuesday 16, August 2011

Tonight’s workout will be our longest run to date. If you have been consistent with your Crossfit and endurance training, this shouldn’t be intimidating at all.  Everyone should be prepared.

That being said, we will start right at 6:35 so please be on time and, if possible, bring a watch(so you can get your turnaround split)

WOD:  10k Run

We will do this run on the Monon and the goal will be to ease into your first 5k, find a good pace and come back faster than you went out.
