CFE WOD: Tuesday 14, June 2011

For those of you that missed our Cinco De Mayo workout last month, today’s your chance to give it a shot. However, instead of air squats, we will be doing double unders (4:1 for singles). This should be a lot of fun so I hope to see everyone there!
