CFE WOD: Tuesday 14, August 2012

We have some mixed intervals today so come ready to run fast.

WOD: Tosh

3 Rounds of
200m Run (rest 1:1)
400m Run (rest 1:1)
800m Run (rest 1:1)

This Thursday we will be doing a workout that hasn’t come up yet for CFE this year, so be looking forward to that! Anyone want to take a guess? I’ll give you a hint – you’d never guess what we are doing in 10,000 years.
