As promised we will be doing “Griff” tonight. I think most of you have done this one at least once, but if you haven’t, please be careful running backwards. This will not seem natural and your legs won’t like it very much. Just make sure you are looking over your shoulder so you don’t hit any gravel, curb, car, dog, other runner, the ground, etc.
