CFE WOD: Tuesday 12, July 2011

Great job last week on the mile relay’s! We had an exciting race as the girls edged out the guys by a mere 14 seconds…not bad for a 6 mile race!

Tonight we will be back to some short interval work, which would usually be great for the track, but due to the heat, I think it would be best if we stayed close to the gym tonight. See you there!

WOD: 10 x 100m Sprints

Rest will be done as a group (somewhere between 1 or 2 minutes), and we will start each interval together.
