Great job last week on the mile relay’s! We had an exciting race as the girls edged out the guys by a mere 14 seconds…not bad for a 6 mile race!
Tonight we will be back to some short interval work, which would usually be great for the track, but due to the heat, I think it would be best if we stayed close to the gym tonight. See you there!
