5k Time Trial – Field Trip!
Today we will be going to Northview Christian Church to run on their public 5k course. This is a very well marked course that should be fun and challenging for everyone.
As always, you can either meet at the destination(6:45 ish) or at the gym. Those meeting at the gym, please be ready to leave no later than 6:35.

3 west coast trips in 10 days so I’ll miss today…I did run 2 miles this morning before fllying out though (smile)! I’ve gotta crank up prep for the eagle creek sprint tri in july!
I am super duper excited for this! I will plan to meet the group at Northview.
