HAPPY CINCO DE RUN-O!!!
In honor of today’s holiday, I thought we would have a fun, quick, painful workout that veers slightly off the endurance path. For those of you running the mini this Saturday…I take no responsibility for “dead” legs if you make the decision to partake in this evening’s festivities.
WOD: 50 air squats
100m run
40 air squats
200m run
30 air squats
400m run
20 air squats
800m run
10 air squats
1 mile run








Hah! Even I am tempted to partake in this one!
no running tonight took a nasty fall doing farmer’s walk /squats last night at the gym
So – I sprained my second to biggest toe doing back tucks @ the gym the other night, no running for me until the swelling goes down. I’m thinking a week or so.
sorry i missed this! i was having a yummy dinner and wine tonight with a client. see you tuesday night for cfe!!!
