It’s the 5th of July, so that means another fun, “different” type of CFE workout. After this week, we will be back to normal and you can plan on a couple field trips coming up (hill sprints, indian run, etc.).
Tonight, however, will be not only a celebration of our monthly, recurring workout, but also a celebration of America.
