I know we talked about doing another trail run tonight up at Cool Creek, but I think I want to save that for next week. Instead, we will be doing short, fast intervals with varied rest.

30 Secs on / 2 Minutes Rest
These are short bursts so the “work” portion should be max effort.
To keep this easy, and to make sure everyone is close enough to hear the stop/go times…we will meet at CFC and head over to the track around 6:35.

Saw a sports therapist today and I have to go see another doctor next week. This hip just isn’t getting better.

I’m not sure. It started hurting a couple weeks ago and hasn’t really improved.
