CFE WOD: Thursday 28, July 2011

I know we talked about doing another trail run tonight up at Cool Creek, but I think I want to save that for next week. Instead, we will be doing short, fast intervals with varied rest.

It’s another hot one, so keep drinking your water.

WOD: 30 Second Ladder
3 Rounds – Maximum Distance Covered
30 Secs on / 30 Secs off
30 Secs on / 25 Secs off
30 Secs on / 20 Secs off
30 Secs on / 15 Secs off
30 Secs on / 10 Secs off
30 Secs on / 5 Secs off
30 Secs on / 2 Minutes Rest

These are short bursts so the “work” portion should be max effort.

To keep this easy, and to make sure everyone is close enough to hear the stop/go times…we will meet at CFC and head over to the track around 6:35.
