Today we will be doing our longest intervals yet. Additionally, we will be shortening the rest so pace will be especially important.
This will be a longer wod, so after we have warmed up, we are going to jump right in to the work out.
WOD: 3 x 1 Mile repeats (2 minutes rest between each mile)








Chris, can I do one of the 3 miles? My knees were killing me yesterday so I’d like to do the WOD at 6:30 and when done try a 1 mile run.
