Tonight’s workout will be 800m repeats. I will be checking the school’s schedules throughout the day to see if we’re able to get a track, if not we will use the big loop at the gym. Lets plan on meeting at the gym though.
WOD: 5x800m (3 min rest) – Do not deviate more than 20 secs per interval…penalties start tonight.








Keep an eye on the weather this evening. If we have lightning in the area we won’t be running. If people still show up, we can either do the main WOD “Grindy” or something cardio intense like “Annie”.
