We saw 4 more PR’s on the mile this past Tuesday! Great work, everyone!
Tonight we are back to intervals and the penalty deviating from your pace will be double-unders.
WOD: 6x400m (1:1 rest)
Hold your pace within 7 seconds for all intervals. For each second above 7, you will need to do 10 double-unders (no substitutions!). If you can’t do double unders yet, you have two options. You can either learn by 6:30 tonight, or you can make sure that you run very consistently (this is the preference).

Well Chris glad I am taking a day off work so I can master DU before 6:30 tonight!
I need to master singles then DU
I’m going to try. My shins are mad at me but I can do some DUs if I get desperate!
I will finally be back tonight after a week long hiatus…I hate when work gets in the way!
great idea George Mason… forced learning is my favorite
Chris, I think 7 seconds is too much and your punitive approach is a good one. Oh, I forgot to tell you, I’m in san francisco so won’t be there this evening (smiole)!
Still not allowed to run, but I will be there to cheer everyone on!
I have to work late and will not be able to make it tonight : (
Have fun everyone!! I will miss you!!!
I like the way you think, Alex…5 seconds?
was feeling bad and very exhausted last night
Bummer Rick! Rest up and feel better. You’ll get ‘em next time!
Also – special kudos to Annie for getting her first double under last night (and 20 more)!
Great job everyone! Super Duper Excited about FINALLY figuring out double unders. Thanks Chris for not allow me to do singles. Can you please post the times when you have a chance?
