Great job to those who braved the weather and came to do the relay on Tuesday. It was a close race and it came down to the last 800.
After class, we were sitting around discussing what the next wod should be, and I was inspired to create a new named WOD. Ok, so it’s not TOTALLY new – but it puts a spin on an already intense cardio workout.
WOD: Annie, get your run!
50 D/u’s
50 Sit-ups
400m Run
40 D/u’s
40 Sit-ups
400m Run
30 D/u’s
30 Sit-ups
400m Run
20 D/u’s
20 Sit-ups
400m Run
10 D/u’s
10 Sit-ups
400m Run
This will be done like the traditional Annie workout, with a 400m run at the end of each round. I will be tracking times and I want to see consistency from start to finish. Deviation of more than 15 seconds on any given 400 will result in some post-wod penalty (burpees?…)

I can consistently do a 3 minute 400m trot so I’m good with whatever penalty you come up with for those more finely tuned athletes than me!
