Team Relay!
That’s right – we are racing again tonight. Similar to last time, I will try to pair everyone up with a teammate of similar ability so rest can stay close to 1:1. We will also do the staggered start to try and keep things even.
WOD: 5 Mile Team Relay
800m intervals – You rest while your partner runs (each person will do 5 800′s total).
If you know that you are going to make it, post a comment and I will start putting teams together.
Depending on turnout and weather, we may go to the track again, but let’s plan on being at the gym.
