Hey Chris! My sister, Lisa, is going to come to 6:30 before she teaches yoga at 7:30. I told her to come to CFE vs the regular WOD. She is the runner in the family, please welcome her! I have an appt at 5:30 so if I make it to CFE it will late.

Annie – Great choice sending her to CFE instead of the normal WOD. Heavy Fran may not be the best workout to introduce her to Crossfit.
I can’t make it tonight…I have to attend a volunteer bartender certification on how NOT to over serve people…I’d rather be running…
