Outstanding job with the 10K on Tuesday! Everyone did really great.
Tonight’s workout is one we have done before, and it’s pretty much the exact opposite of a 10K run. However, by the end you should still be pretty worn out.
WOD: Death by 10 meters
1st Minute – 10 meters
2nd Minute – 20 meters
3rd Minute – 30 meters
Continue until you cannot complete the required distance in the allotted time.
Make sure you take it easy on the first few and utilize the rest as much as possible. It will seem very conversational from the start, but once we get to rounds 10+, I don’t imagine anyone will be wanting to talk anymore.
For those that did this last time, let’s see if you can get at least 2 extra rounds!
