Great work with the jump rope on Tuesday! Tonight we are going to change things up a bit, and instead of doing a specific distance, we are going to do a timed run. Since we’ve already done our mile and 5k TT’s, we need a distance that falls somewhere in between. So, tonight we will be doing a 15 minute run and your effort should be 80-85% (just slower than your mile pace).
I will leave this one up to the group, we can either do this at CFC or head to the track again. Thoughts?

It may be a bit easier to measure distance traveled for the run if we do it on the track…or we could run down the monon…
