Yes – today’s workout really IS a 10k. Thanks to everyone who checked with me to make sure. As long as weather permits, we will be getting started right at 6:30. Please try to get there a few minutes early so you can warm up on your own.
Most people should plan on this taking close to the full hour so keep that in mind. And yes, I know this sounds miserable but this is how we test ourselves!
