It’s that time again! Mile Time Trials tonight! Come out and see how you have improved. I have a feeling we are going to see a lot of PR’s and some new times on the board.
Make sure you are nice and warmed up before we start so that you can go 100% for the full mile!

I have a 7pm conference call so I’m iffy – do you think we’ll run the mile close to 6:30 or will it be later….really want to do this since I’ll have people in front of me (everyone) to chase so I might break that 7 min barrier!

Alex – we will warm up for 10 minutes or so and should get started by 6:45 at the latest (probably closer to 6:40). If that’s too late, show up 10 minutes early and I will run with you. You’ve got sub-7, no question!

Chris, I think I might take you up on the 10 minutes earlier piece so i can get back home. Never been below 7 so that would be great! I’ll be there! Hope my calf holds up!
