FIELD TRIP!!! Today the endurance class will be doing our first “off-site” WOD.
We will be going just a couple miles north to Cool Creek Park for some hill repeats.
You can meet us at the park (around 6:45) or you can come to CFC first and a group of us will caravan. If you come to CFC first, make sure you are a few minutes early because we will be leaving at 6:35 sharp.
If you show up and no one is there, you have two options: 1) You can stick around and do the normal WOD or 2) You can come meet us up at the park. Click here for directions
WOD: 10 Hill Sprints / 90 second recovery.
The hill we will be running is approximately 100m so it should take everyone 20-30 seconds to sprint to the top. You will have an “active” recovery by walking or jogging down to the bottom of the hill and rest for the remaining 90 seconds. Also, since everyone will be so close together, we will be running all of the sprints as a group. That means some of you will have a few extra seconds rest, but I have a feeling none of you will be too upset about that.

Hill sprints….not my favorite but I’m in. Meet you there!!
Kevin – your pick. The hill isn’t super steep so normal running shoes should be fine. If you have some, you can wear trail running shoes but it’s not a necessity.
I’m so sorry, Michelle! What part of the park were you waiting? A few of us went in the 151st street entrance and the rest came in off of 31. I’m not sure how we missed you but I take full responsibility…I should have come looking.
