Tonight we will be taking another field trip!
We are going to head to Carmel Middle School’s track for some relay races. Let’s plan on meeting at CFC at the usual time and leaving no later than 6:35.

WOD: 3 Mile Relay Race (teams of 2)
You will be alternating every 400m so rest will be short and since we will be running teams of 2, that means everyone will do a total of 6 rounds/laps.
This should be a fun one so I hope to see you there!

Its on guilford, just south of main street. Literally 2 minutes from the gym.

Looks like the Allens are celebrating our half way prego point tonight and it won’t be doing relay races. Have fun y’all!
