CFE WOD: Thursday 11, October 2012

We’ve got a tough little interval set tonight and it may be chilly but don’t let that stop you from coming out. 

Our runs will be out on the Monon tonight, so we will meet at the gym and then jog to our starting spot as a warm up.

WOD:  800m tt
3 min rest
4x400m (2 min rest between 400s)
3 min rest
800m tt

This is some speed work and pacing all wrapped in to one.  The 800s are meant to be all out (first will be faster than last)  but the 400s should be a consistent pace.  You need a watch tonight.
