Team Relay!
We’re going to stick around at the gym for this one since school is back in session, and tracks are hard to find, but it should still be a great race.
Similar to last time, I will try to pair everyone up with a teammate of similar ability so rest can stay close to 1:1. We will also do the staggered start to keep things even.
WOD: 6 Mile Relay (2 person teams)
1 Mile Intervals – You rest while your partner runs.
If you think you can make it, post a comment so I can start putting teams together.
You may also have some tasks to complete between intervals (i.e. double unders, burpees, kb swings), so be prepared!
