Our hours on Saturday will be changing because we are adding an extra workout. We are adding a “named workout” hour to the schedule for those who enjoyed being tortured on a regular basis. We will still have a our two hopper classes and the OnRamp classes will remain in the same time slots. See below for the change in hours.
8:00am OnRamp
9:00am Hopper 1
10:00am Named Workout (new class)
11:00am OnRamp
12:00pm Hopper 2 (moved to later hour)
Please make sure and start using the MindBody calendar page (use the orange icon in the sidebar) to reserve your classes. You can reserve classes up to a week in advance. This will become more important as classes start to fill up! If you need help with your login please don’t hesitate to ask Brenda or Lin you see them at the gym.
