100 Day Burpee Challenge!!!

We will be starting a 100 Day Burpee Challenge this Wednesday January 5th! The rules are pretty simple and straight forward. You must perform the number of burpees corresponding the day of the challenge. So on day 10 you will do 10 burpees and day 20 you will do 20 burpees.

This will continue till you have done 100 burpess on day 100! You cannot finish the 100 Day Burpee Challenge on day 101!

Faq:

Q: What happens if I miss a day during the challenge?
A: You have to make it up on the following day. So if you miss day 50 you will have to perform the amount of burpees on days 50 AND 51. So that will equal 101 burpees for that day.

Q: What if I can’t do the required number of burpees in a row on that day?
A: You can spread your burpees throughout the day.

Q: Why would I do this?
A: Because you are crazy and love CrossFit!
